Would you get rid of your car just because you had a flat tire? Probably not. We feel the same way about computers.
Why should you have to buy a new case, video card, sound card, DVD drive, CD Rom, etc. when the parts in your current computer will work.
The answer is, you shouldn't have to buy parts that you already have, unless you want new parts. Using this philosophy enables us to build top-tier computers for much less than many major retailers.
Also, many of the computers that are sold at major retailers use less that optimal components. Just because you may only have a few hundred dollars to spend doesn’t mean you should get the bottom of
the barrel components. That $300 computer that only lasts 6 months isn’t really worth $300, is it?
We use only the best components that we have personally tested over the last 10 years and know them to be quality. This doesn't mean they're the most expensive, just tested and trusted. The quickest way to start a
fist fight (or at least an MMO battle) between a group of computer geeks is to have a discussion about which are the best brands of components. We're not in the business of telling
anyone who knows exactly what they want why they should use something else, however we can only guarantee the products we have personally tested and approved.
